Hiking Tour in the Andes
Come join our hiking tour in the Andes and enjoy a beautiful day out in one of the semi-private pristine areas in the Andes Mountains.
Within only a one hour drive from Santiago you step into the magical world of sclerophyll forest, wild streaming rivers with blue melted glacier water, rocks, and wildlife that the extraordinary Andes Mountains have to offer. The advantage of Santiago is that you don’t have to travel far to enjoy hiking or trekking tours, as the city is surrounded by the wonderful Andes Mountains with plenty of outdoor adventure options!
Level of difficulty
The duration and difficulty of our hiking tour is flexible enough to meet a basic to mid level of fitness or experience. However, if you are used to flat trails, please keep in mind there is no such thing there in central Chile. Halfway through the Andes Day Hike, we arrive at a pond where we can take off our shoes, enjoy the views and have a snack. After a 2-3 hour hike, we enjoy a gourmet lunch with an array of cheeses, meats, fresh bread, and seasonal fruit.
Nature Area
The Nature Area has its own ecosystem due to its unique geographical location, in a valley surrounded by the Andes slopes. We can spot 500 different plant species and various animal species, such as different types of rodents and foxes. Numerous eagles reside in the park and on a good day we may even spot a Chilean Condor.

You will be picked up at 09.00 and returned by 15.30 to your hotel. Drive time is about 1 hour from Santiago.
