About your host…
A graduate of the corporate world, Cristián “Tatán” Mellado changed paths to run his own restaurant kitchen at Del Cocinero Bistro for 10+ years. During his tenure, Del Cocinero Bistro was constantly rated within Santiagos’s top 20 restaurants. In 2016, Tatán sold his restaurant to embrace the adventure of becoming a private chef. The slower pace and smaller groups allow him more space to experiment and create, constantly coming up with new and creative ways to showcase Chilean produce and cuisine, his specialty.

Pick up
You will be picked up at 10.00 and returned by 15.30 to your hotel.

Cancellation
Full refund (minus transaction fees) if you cancel 16 days prior to your booking. If you need to cancel closer to your tour date, please contact us, as the amount of your refund will be dependent on our vendor’s regulations.
